De-Stress: Stress Management Workshop
By now it’s probably a well known fact of life – stress is everywhere, and it’s not good. In fact, stress is the number one reason we go to see our family doctors. Research tells us we’re mostly stressed about our jobs, our finances, not having enough time in the day, and our families. It makes us sick, but it’s also an everyday part of life. If we can’t live without, we must learn new ways of managing it. That’s why we’re here to help.
Our workshop first starts by helping you identify the types of tension in your life. Based on this, we offer specific ways for you to address each type. Our tools allow you to find relief for the negative and how to channel the positive. Equipped with these skills, you will be able to let go of what is not working for you, while embracing what does. Start gaining control of your stressors and turning the things that hold you back into valuable opportunities. Learn more about what the workshop includes.
